POSITION: Retail Sales Coordinator, full-time

As a member of the Retail Sales team, you will support our membership and enhance their membership experience through great customer service in our retail shop.

Essential Functions:
• Retail sales, ordering and restocking merchandise;
• Create and update in-store displays;
• Fill special orders, including mail, phone and on-line orders;
• Balance transactions and cash drawer each day;
• Provide and coordinate traveling shops to various Girl Scouts events;
• Facilitate live and pre-recorded shopping experiences on social media outlets;

Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years sales or retail experience;
• Ability to work independently;
• Proficient in Outlook and Word and working knowledge of Excel;
• Must possess a can-do mentality, be responsible, and be a lifelong learner;
• Must be organized, detail orientated, and customer focused;
• This is a full-time position with general office hours of Monday-Friday; occasional evenings and weekends are required;
